At Cleaners FC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling options. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to prevent any charges. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the given timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment total. If we do not have a card on file, the charge will be added to your next appointment.
